Last night we attacked the defence company OHB SE at Manfred-Fuchs-Platz in the industrial park at the University of Bremen and set fire to several cars. OHB SE is one of the largest players in the aerospace sector with its headquarters in Bremen, but earns its money from the deaths with which the Bundeswehr and Frontex pave their way. In 2001, OHB became one of the largest players in the satellite and space technology sector when it won the tender for a contract worth €320 million from the Bundeswehr “for the development, construction, launch and operation of the radar-based reconnaissance system SAR-Lupe”. In 2008, the bundeswehr officially took over the satellite system. OHB itself said: “With SAR-Lupe, OHB has succeeded for the first time in running a satellite programme as prime contractor. The company developed and built the satellite system and is responsible for its operation together with the Bundeswehr.” OHB has thus not only been a supplier to the German military, but is also actively involved in the German war and surveillance machinery. In 2013, OHB was again awarded the contract by the Bundeswehr to develop and build the successor system SARah. This should and is used exclusively for military purposes by the Bundeswehr.
The German military has stood in an unbroken, murderous tradition since the beginning of its existence. Even today, hardly a week goes by in which no right-wing extremist network in the Bundeswehr is uncovered or tons of ammunition disappear and then reappear in those networks. OHB not only gives this German military the tools it needs to kill, but also actively participates in it itself.
But that’s not all; both SAR-Lupe and SARah data have been and are being passed on to Frontex. Frontex uses the data of the German surveillance satellites, as well as those of the “earth observation program” COPERNICUS to monitor possible escape routes, groups of fleeing people, as well as boats that people use to cross the sea to flee from the war and terror exported from Europe in their home countries, in order to attack them afterwards.
That Frontex is murdering is clear at the latest since Frontex officials are pushing driftless rubber dinghies with fleeing people on the Mediterranean Sea back into the open sea and even shooting at the people with live ammunition or handing over refugees to the “Libyan coast guard”, which has been known for years to detain, torture and murder refugees in Libya with EU funds. Frontex is only able to track these boats because it uses spy satellites manufactured and in some cases even operated by OHB. Thus, OHB is indirectly responsible for the torture and death of these people.
At the same time, the German government allows itself to be blackmailed by dictators from Turkey, Belarus or Hungary in order not to have to take in any more people and instead lets them freeze to death and starve in front of the Polish border and builds its fortress walls a little higher every day with every corpse. A few days ago, at least the 13th person has already died this winter at the EU’s external border, while in Germany there is blithe talk about the coalition paper of the new federal government, which does not even mention these conditions with a single word. We do not want to and will not continue to watch this manifestation of German and European values!
We have chosen OHB as a target, because we see the need to highlight in public actors who present themselves in a civilian guise, while at the same time they are (co-)responsible for the death of thousands of people, as well as to inflict economic damage on them. At the same time, we want to send a clear signal to the management and the workers at OHB that we are aware of the links to the Bundeswehr and Frontex and want to show them what price they have to pay for this.
Hereby we also want to explicitly call on others to do the same! Organize yourselves, prepare yourselves and attack companies like OHB, but also Rheinmetall and KMW or the Bundeswehr itself!

Gestern Nacht haben wir das Rüstungsunternehmen OHB SE am Manfred-Fuchs-Platz im Industriepark an der Universität Bremen angegriffen und mehrere Autos angezündet.
Das Unternehmen OHB SE ist einer der größten Akteure im Bereich der Luft- und Raumfahrt mit seinem Hauptsitz in Bremen, verdient sein Geld aber an den Toten, mit denen die Bundeswehr und Frontex ihren Weg pflastern. 2001 avancierte OHB zu einem der größten Player der Branche Satelliten- und Raumfahrttechnik, als es die Ausschreibung eines Auftrags über 320 Mio.€ der Bundeswehr „für die Entwicklung, Bau, Start und Betrieb des radargestützten Aufklärungssystems SAR-Lupe“ gewann. Dieses sollte die Bundeswehr unabhängig von Wetterbedingungen in die Lage versetzen, eigenständig militärische Spionageinformationen zu erlangen.
2008 erfolgte die offizielle Übernahme des Satellitensystems durch die Bundeswehr. OHB selbst sagte dazu:“Mit SAR-Lupe ist es OHB erstmals gelungen, als Hauptauftragnehmer ein Satellitenprogramm zu führen. Das Unternehmen hat dabei das Satellitensystem entwickelt, gebaut und ist gemeinsam mit der Bundeswehr für den Betrieb verantwortlich.“ Damit ist OHB nicht nur Zulieferer des deutschen Militärs gewesen, sondern beteiligt sich selbst aktiv an der deutschen Kriegs- und Überwachungsmaschinerie.
Das deutsche Militär steht in einer ungebrochenen, mörderischen Tradition seit dem Beginn seiner Existenz. Auch heute vergeht kaum eine Woche, in der kein rechtsextremes Netzwerk in der Bundeswehr aufgedeckt wird oder Tonnen von Munition verschwinden, um dann in eben jenen Netzwerken wieder aufzutauchen. OHB gibt diesem deutschen Militär dabei nicht nur die Instrumente, die es zum Morden braucht, in die Hände, sondern beteiligt sich auch selbst aktiv daran.
Doch damit nicht genug; sowohl die Daten von SAR-Lupe, als auch die von SARah wurden und werden an Frontex weitergeben. Frontex nutzt die Daten der deutschen Überwachungssatelliten, sowie die des „Erdbeobachtungsprogramms“ COPERNICUS zur Überwachung möglicher Fluchtrouten, Gruppen flüchtender Menschen, sowie von Booten, die Menschen zur Überquerung des Meers nutzen, um vor dem aus Europa exportiertem Krieg und Terror in ihren Heimatländern zu flüchten, um diese anschließend anzugreifen.
Das Frontex mordet ist spätestens klar, seit dem Frontex-Beamt*innen antriebslose Schlauchboote mit flüchtenden Menschen auf dem Mittelmeer wieder aufs offene Meer stoßen und sogar auf die Menschen mit scharfer Munition schießt oder Flüchtende an die „libysche Küstenwache“ übergibt, die seit Jahren dafür bekannt ist, mit EU-Geldern Flüchtende in Libyen festzuhalten, zu foltern und zu ermorden. Diese Boote kann Frontex nur aufspüren, weil es die von OHB hergestellten und zum Teil sogar betriebenen Spionagesatelliten nutzt. Somit ist OHB indirekt für die Folter und den Tod dieser Menschen verantwortlich. Zeitgleich lässt sich die Bundesregierung von Diktatoren aus der Türkei, Belarus oder Ungarn erpressen, um bloß keine weiteren Menschen mehr aufnehmen zu müssen und lässt diese stattdessen vor der polnischen Grenze erfrieren und verhungern und baut seine Festungsmauern mit jeder Leiche jeden Tag ein wenig höher. Vor wenigen Tagen ist bereits mindestens die 13. Person diesen Winter an der EU-Außengrenze gestorben, während in Deutschland munter über das Koalitionspapier der neuen Bundesregierung geredet wird, das mit keinem Wort diese Zustände auch nur erwähnt. Dieser Manifestierung der deutschen und europäischen Werte wollen und werden wir nicht weiter tatenlos zusehen!
Wir haben uns für OHB als Ziel entschieden, da wir die Notwendigkeit sehen, gerade Akteur*innen, die sich in zivilem Gewand geben, während sie gleichzeitig (mit-)verantwortlich für den Tod Tausender sind, in aller Öffentlichkeit sowohl zu markieren, als auch um ihnen wirtschaftlichen Schaden zuzufügen. Gleichzeitig wollen wir der Unternehmungsleitung sowie den Arbeiter*innen bei OHB sehr deutlich signalisieren, dass wir um die Verknüpfungen zur Bundeswehr und zu Frontex wissen und wollen ihnen aufzeigen, welchen Preis sie dafür zahlen müssen.
Hiermit wollen wir auch ganz explizit andere dazu aufrufen, es uns gleich zu tun! Organisiert euch, bereitet euch vor und greift Unternehmen wie OHB, aber auch Rheinmetall und KMW oder die Bundeswehr selbst an!
